Bio: I started on staff here at BCTAL in January 2013, and in the five quick months afterwards I quickly discovered that I had the best job in the world - working with students and helping them develop the skills to become effective professionals in the media field. These are exciting times to be entering this world, with many opportunities that didn’t exist even a few years ago. Preparing students to engage with these opportunities is at the core of our curriculum here at BCTAL.
After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Oklahoma Baptist University, I entered the field of daily television production, where I spent the next 11 years. In the meantime, I attained my Master’s degree in Media Management from the University of North Texas.
My wife Sarah and I have been married for 12 years, and we have two children, aged 7 and 4.
